braves

Gotta love baseball! Daddy, Mama and I had the BEST time Saturday cheering on our Gwinnett Braves. If I said "Goo Baves bayesball!" one time I said it a million. I was more interested in everything going on around me than the actual game. There were people everywhere cheering and clapping (which you KNOW I love), funny fan games to laugh at (insert my OBSESSION for the eyeball game here...two people dressed as huge eyes that raced around the field), music to dance to and fun stuff to eat (fried Twinkies and Oreos anyone?). All in all it was a super fun family night.

sprinkler

Every sunny day should be celebrated with a sprinkler and watermelon at Granny and Paw Paw's.

twirling

I've been a hair twirler since I can remember and now Macy has these perfect little curls for twirling...another reason why she is my #1 girlfriend.

for pop pop

Pop Pop's birthday would not be complete without a new cow to add to the heard (cows are way cooler than clothes and gift cards in my opinion), especially one as colorful as this. I worked so carefully and slowly to make it absolutely perfect, hope you loved it. Happy Birthday Pop Pop, I love you!

cake & cupcakes

August is a very important month for us...it's birthday month! We have tons to celebrate, Na Na, Uncle John, Mama, Pop Pop and Aunt Ne Ne, and you know what that means...LOTS OF CAKE! I'll take chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, white, carrot or any other that is placed in front of me. All I have to say is bring on the birthdays!

all gone

Today was the begining of a beautiful thing...freedom from my cast! (I just didn't know it.) This afternoon on the way to the doctor's office Mama was trying to get me so excited, but I just wasn't having any of it. When she told me that they were taking off my "shoe" I went onto complete meltdown mode. I have grown quite attatched to my fun red boot and just wasn't ready to give it up. I don't know if the bribery kicked in or just the simple fear of Mr Telly, but I finally did it tears and all. After all was said and done I "walked away" with a red sucker, a new Thomas train, two train stickers and one really stinky foot.

autographs

I almost made it the full 4 weeks before I realized that a cast is perfect for coloring...almost! I decided that the perfect compliment to my red cast was a green crayon, needless to say you can't really wash a cast clean so Daddy, Mama and even Raleigh joined in the fun. The cherry on top for me was a big smiley face on my foot (Smiley faces always make me laugh).

toy story 3

This weekend Daddy and Mama surprised me with my very first movie...the new Toy Story of course. Mama told me a few hours before we left and that was her first mistake since I really don't have a concept of time and asked for Buzz a thousand times. Her second mistake was giving me new Buzz and Woody stickers to keep me busy, and boy was I. I used the entire sheet...on my shirt! Our third mistake was picking a 1:00 movie time which made for a short nap. Then there was trying to keep me interested past the hour mark in the movie by giving me little toys to play with, needless to say they all ended on the floor. Oh, lets not forget the part where Mama told me to be quiet during the movie so I didn't disturb the other little boys and girls...knowing kids were there I just wanted down to play. So an hour and fifteen minutes after the movie began it ended.

red

Mama knew that it would only be a matter of time...well today it caught up with her. I colored on the walls, with red of course! Thank you Mr Magic Eraser for helping clean up my mess, you're a life saver.

my nana

Happy happy birthday to the BEST Na Na in the whole wide world! We celebrated with one of Patty Cake's famous old fashion chocolate cakes...yummy! I was helping Na Na blowout the candle when I realized how close my mouth actually was to the cake. Who needs forks anyway? Not me! I was having so much fun that Na Na even took a big bite. I love you Na Na and hope your day was the best yet.

big shoe

Grandad and Lolli were so nice to invite us on their weekend getaway to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. My favorite part of the trip was going to a kiddie amusement park. It was all just for me! I rode the ferris wheel, tea cups, carousal, swings, and of course the train...twice! The park was decorated in nursery rhyme themes, I was obsessed with the "big shoe". I talked about it while we were there, that night, the next day, on the ride home and am still talking about it days later.
