faces.

Each day at the end of preschool my teacher sends home a behavior chart for Daddy and Mommy to see how well I've "acted the way Jesus wants me to" and depending on my actions I'll either get a smiley, straight or sad face. At the end of the week if we've had 3 smiley faces we get a surprise out of the treasure box!! We also each have a squirrel who lives in the class tree and once we get a smiley our squirrel gets an acorn so I have my eyes set on feeding him big, fat, yummy acorns! style='text-align:center;margin:0px auto 10px;'>

preschool.

Can you believe I'm old enough to go to school? Well, 3 year old preschool that is. I'm now a proud student of Bright Beginnings Preschool at our local Baptist Church. I have the best teachers in the world who I already adore, Ms Laurie and Ms Lisa. There are 12 kids in my class, 8 girls and 4 boys so you know what that means...lots of cute girls to chase on the playground. :) Wish me luck!

goodbye.

We had one last summer vacation back to Myrtle Beach before our world changes upside down with the arrival of Baby Presley and starting preschool. Ahhh, how much I love playing in the waves and building sandcastles...until next year though.

lizard.

Do you know how much hard work goes into catching your first lizard? There is planning, tracking, hiding, and of course the most important...speed involved! Na Na and I chased this poor little lizard all over the porch...he had no chance of escaping a boy like me. To every one's surprise I just reached down and grabbed him! I was so proud of myself that I carried that poor lizard around forever by his tail until it was "time for him to go home for lunch". I released him in Na Na's flower bed and began the search for the perfect rock. The life of a boy is never dull!

ready, set, splash!

The highlight of my party was by far the water bouncy slide. We all had the best time jumping, sliding and squirting the huge water gun at each other. We played and played until we couldn't play anymore. After the party I fell fast asleep from all the fun...that could have been Mommy and Daddy's plan the entire time. Thanks Perri and John for catching these great "action" shots.

guess who is 3?

ME!! ME!!IT'S ME!! Mommy and Daddy were so busy making sure everything was flowing smoothly that they forgot to even pull the camera out...whats wrong with them? Pictures or not we had a "poppin" good time at my Bubble Gum Bash! All my friends and family came over for fun in the sun and blue cupcakes (my one request). Thanks to everyone who helped make my day so very special!

little miss

I have been so excited to be able to go with Mommy to Baby Presley's doctors appointments and ultrasounds. Here are a few pics of my sweet baby sister from our 3D/4D ultrasound. She played with her hands the entire time, even waving at me. We have been busy putting the finishing touches on her room so now all we need is her.

catching rainbows.

I love those special mornings when God sends a rainbow into our house to play with.

oh what fun.

Like I said before...I'm so busy that Mama doesn't have time to pull out her camera. Can you believe that she only took a handful of pictures while at the beach...and get this, not even one in the ocean?!?! What's up with that? Besides those little details we had a fantastic time at Myrtle Beach! I played and played with my cousins from sun up to sun down building sand castles, (my all time favorite) chasing birds on the beach, eating slushies, hanging out at the boardwalk, and of course getting into mischief with Katie bug...insert sneaking upstairs to Na Na and Pop Pop's room-climbing onto the dresser to find the brightest most perfect bottle of red nail polish and giving ourselves manicures and pedicures, needless to say EVERYONE LOVED IT!! The picture on Mom's phone is worth a thousand laughs. All in all the beach was a success, when do we go back?

"turtle beach"

For the past month I've been so excited that we are soon to be beach bound with all my cousins and family that I just can't hide it. Mama is so tired of saying "No, not today." when I ask EVERY SINGLE DAY if today is beach day so we made a pull off countdown calendar for the refrigerator. We are heading to Myrtle Beach this Saturday for an entire week of fun in the sun...I can't wait!! I've insisted on wearing my beach themed pajamas as many nights as possible in preparation. They have surfing turtles on them that I think are so funny. They say "Hang Ten at Turtle Beach" so Myrtle Beach is official renamed Turtle Beach as far as I'm concerned.

baby update.

After weeks of wondering who is coming to our house in a few months we found out that it's going to be my new baby SISTER!! We are all so super excited! We're excited to announce that her name is Miss Presley Glenn! Mama of course has already been busy looking at all things pink, girlie and glittery. She is already kicking around in Mama's belly but I'm too impatient to wait around to feel it. I do however LOVE singing to her, ABC's and Jesus Loves Me are her favorites so far. I also think it is so funny to give her raspberry kisses right on Mama's belly button. I just can't wait until she gets here to play with her...hurry up Presley, I have all the toys waiting!

busy, busy...busy.

Things around the Glenn household have been pretty busy lately and I am so sorry for not updating sooner. Well, for starters I'm full speed ahead from the time I wake up until bedtime with a quick pit stop for a nap somewhere in there. Between enjoying the beautiful weather by blowing bubbles and playing at the park to keeping the roads warm going from here to there I'm all over the place. So busy that Mama jsut sees a "blur" of me running by...no time for pictures, I've got playing to do. Here is a rare shot of me being still...well actually this is "mid hiding"! As soon as I hear Daddy's car pull into the driveway I run to find the BEST hiding spot possible. This day is was to dump Mama's basket of folded laundry to get under the basket (Mama was so excited for this one!).

coming soon.

Introducing the newest Glenn member! I hope you can see Percy better than I can, I turned the picture over and over looking for a baby but all I saw was a blur. Blur or not, we already love you Percy!

big...

I'M GOING TO BE A BIG BROTHER!!! Yep, I'm as surprised as you are...I thought I'd be the only "golden child" forever! (just kidding) Mommy is 13 weeks along so our new little one will be here in early October, just in time to help me get more candy while Trick or Treating...who can resist a cute little baby? I'm kinda following the fact that there is a baby in Mommy's belly, I give it a kiss every morning and night and am ALWAYS asking it to come out and play with me. I've already named the baby in case you were wondering...Percy! Percy is my favorite Thomas the Tank engine so I thought the name was only fitting. Daddy keeps saying that soon I'll be able to feel it wiggle and kick and I'm all to excited for it to begin. Woo Hoo for another Glenn!

happy birthday daddy.

Who doesn't love a great birthday party...especially one given by a 2 year old who loves monkeys! Mama let me plan the whole thing and it went something like this...lots of balloons, monkey plates, red forks, red streamers, party hats, red napkins, monkey gift wrap, monkey hat for Daddy and a red monkey shirt for me. I hope you loved your party as much as I love you Daddy! Happy 30th Birthday!

lil' kickers.

For the past few weeks I've been having the best time with all my new friends playing soccer. I absolutely love it! We are learning a lot of foot and eye coordination skills which I love to practice all week long. I have to admit that my favorite part of practice is the end, not because I'm ready to leave but because we get stamps! We all sit on our circles with our hands on our heads and Coach comes by and gives us a huge soccer ball on each hand. I am always so careful the entire day to not let them get washed off. Watch out Carlos Bocanegra, I'm after your job!

"the cape"

Who knew a pillowcase could bring SO MUCH joy to my night. I've started embracing this whole superhero thing (all because of my footed & caped Batman pjs) . I love screaming Na Na Na Na...Batman! as I race around the house with my arms stretched out flying. During my nightly wrestling match with Daddy I thought it was time for him to meet...EYEBALL MAN! (Yep, my eyeball obsession is still hanging around)

monday.

Legos and waffles...what a beautiful start to the week.
