Hello from the ELEVEN MONTH OLD! Yep, I'm almost the big O-N-E! So much has happened in the last month...I'm now pulling up on everything and letting go to practice my balance. I'm still eating everything in sight, just more of it. I love bananas, black beans, pancakes, pears, rice, cheese, watermelon, Mum Mums and pretty much anything else thats put on my tray. I like to share all my food with my doggie now, he likes it as much as I do...well except for the black beans. I love to read books, especially my Elmo book of colors. I'm making all kinds of new sounds and trying out new words. I can say Ma Ma, Da Da, Hi, Bye Bye, Na na (banana), and am working on bug (thank you Elmo book). I love singing and clapping to Patty cake and If you're happy and you know it. I'm pretty much a clapping machine these days...all I need to hear is a little "Yea" and I'm set. I have started to act a little shy around strangers, but tend to warm up very quickly. I love to smile and give kisses, now they are more painful for others...I have 5 teeth, 3 on top and 2 on bottom with 2 more just about to break through. My kisses are open mouth with a handful of hair on each side. I love watching big kids play and laugh, I get so excited that my hands and feet will not stop shaking. I can now play chase, I like to be the chaser...I don't really get being chased yet. I love watching sports with my Daddy, baseball and hockey keep my attention the most. I love playing outside, especially swinging and going for wagon rides. I've learned to make bigger and better splashes in the tub and pool, I'm a regular little water bug. Riding with the windows down in the car and listening to my Veggie Tales cd is the best, I "sing" and clap along. I still watch Yo Gabba Gabba, but its taken second place to Moose A Moose and Zee (they are the characters who come on between shows). If I'm in another room and hear Moose's voice I crawl as fast as I can to the tv. Mama and Daddy think its pretty funny to watch. I've come to enjoy playing in my crib by myself, as long as I have a ball, book and at least two things to "clack" together. I'm usually a pretty good sleeper, unless I have a new tooth coming up. Oh, I've also had TWO haircuts already, yep, this crazy hair of mine won't stay under control, thats why I usually sport a mohawk. I'm growing like a weed with no sigh of stopping any time soon. I'm 100% boy, 100% of the time!
